In our 3 months together, we’ll co-create a foundation of clarity, resilience, and self-connection, empowering you to navigate the workplace and life without spiraling into burnout or overwhelm.

What is included?
- 2 x 60-minute coaching calls per month (total of 6+1 sessions over 3 months) via Google Meet, where we’ll explore your challenges, unpack what’s really going on, and create actionable plans that make sense for you.
- Ongoing support between sessions via Voxer (text/voice note app) and email to help you stay on track, troubleshoot, and provide the accountability you need.
- Personalized tools, templates, and resources to support your journey and keep you moving forward with ease and confidence.
- Curated self-reflection exercises and strategies that you can use to integrate what you’re learning into your life.
- Homework and action challenges to keep things light, fun, and moving forward at your pace—no pressure.
- A wrap-up session at the end of the program to reflect, refine your plan, and make sure you’re set up for continued success.

The investment for 3 month coaching programme is €540 (or 3x €180 per month) with flexible payment plans available.
