AuDHD Coaching for Late-Diagnosed Adults in Europe

Welcome...

If you’re an English-speaking adult navigating ADHD, autism, or both — newly diagnosed, self-discovered, or simply feeling different — you’re in the right place.

Here, transparency matters. You’ll find clear information about my approach, pricing, and qualifications because support should never feel like a mystery.

As an ICF-trained AuDHD coach and long-term migrant myself, I understand how identity, culture, and neurodivergence can intersect — and how exhausting it can be to constantly adapt. Together, we’ll untangle perfectionism, overwhelm, and self-doubt so you can live with more clarity, connection, and calm.

In this space, you can explore what coaching looks like, learn about neurodiversity, and discover practical ways to honor your unique wiring — beyond the labels.

my philosophy

If you're always trying to be normal, you'll never know how amazing you can be. —Maya Angelou

Labels can be helpful and empowering; they can also be harmful around not-safe people and environments. There is a lot of pressure to unmask and be authentic but there is more to consider.

When your ADHD drives you forward but your autism slams the brakes, life can feel like living with one foot on the gas and one on the pedal. It’s an exhausting loop of burnout, self-blame, and feeling misunderstood — even by those who mean well.

English and turkish-speaking ADHD coach in Europe

Hi! I'm Elif.

As a certified life coach supporting neurodivergent and late-diagnosed adults (ADHD, autism, AuDHD), I meet clients in the messy, in-between places of their journeys — often as English-speaking expats living in Europe.

But, how did I get here?

Like so many diagnosed later in life, I spent years navigating the world with undiagnosed ADHD and autism, tethered to a cycle of external achievement and internal exhaustion. Shame, frustration, and maladaptive strategies kept me afloat but left me empty. Overworking to prove my worth. Perfecting every detail to avoid mistakes. Over-preparing for every interaction, spinning my wheels, and always dropping something—often the relationships that mattered most...

together we can

AuDHD, ADHD, and Autism Coaching Topics

Trying to do all and feeling that you’re failing to be enough is common in neurodivergent minds. Chronic stress, sensory or information overload often lead to burnout. We try many things but seeing that we are still stuck in same patterns can be disheartening.

Together we try tools that work for you to calm your nervous system, build resilience to stress, and break familiar cycles of perfection and replace what may feel empty now with ease, calm, balance, and most importantly, hope.

Life and work commitments, feeling exhausted in the evenings and weekends, not being able to show up as yourself, relationship challenges, and fear of being judged for all the things that you believe you fall short… No wonder we isolate ourselves more and more. Isolation does not stop in removing people from our lives; we also abandon our own parts.

With your trust and permission, we can meet all abandoned parts of you with compassion and love. Learning how to befriend ourselves can be the hardest thing to do. But once we reach there, we no longer feel lonely.

Generic advice does not work for you and there is a reason for that. Better news, there is a solution.

If you have workplace struggles, or time management, or procrastination, whatever your struggles may be, there is a good chance that you are approaching this challenge in isolation and wonder why the solution offered in other places does not work for you.

We need to better understand and better define the problem.

With my experience in experience design and your expertise in your own life story, we map out your current and desired territory, design a unique path for you, discover the gimmicks and tools, so that you are actually excited to go on this quest.

Your experiences matter, and I honor them with a trauma-informed approach that is inclusive and culturally sensitive. My coaching is a safe space where your identity, history, and needs are respected and celebrated.

If we notice there might be other professionals out there who can better help you with your unique situation, I am dedicated to help you find that person, I may also make referrals.

What my clients say

These reflections come from adults across Europe — many late-diagnosed or self-identified as AuDHD — who found coaching helpful in navigating neurodivergent life, work, and relationships.

"I met Elif when I was just starting to once more attempt to open up and face my feelings of alienation within the world, within my search where my place could be. Again, I had a million topics, all interconnected for me, and I was lost within it all. Because seemingly small things were huge and huge ones small. Because how I approached things seemed not to make sense to anyone but me. And I thought, some coaching sessions could am least not hurt. It turned out to be the beginning of a huge transformation."

client 4

"In our sessions I was mirrored in a way I had not experienced before. I was able to say things that were deeply entrenched in shame. So deeply I had not been able to form the words aloud before. I felt safe enough in the sessions to dare voice some of those thoughts. Elif was so gentle and honest, with an impressive sense for adequate and helpful reactions in nuance, methods, reframing, asking for elaboration. I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to be coached by her and the effects the experience has had and still has on my life."

client 4

"The sessions with Elif provide a very consensual, judgement free space in which I feel safe to share more vulnerable parts of me. There is also an understanding of neurodivergencies and the unique struggles they come with, without pathologizing the experience."

client 2

"Being coached by Elif was an incredibly enriching experience for me. Not only did she help me organize my daily life and business more clearly, but she also opened up new perspectives I hadn’t seen before. Elif is highly empathetic and knows exactly how to bring out the best in her clients through thoughtful questions and her unique approach. The tools she uses in her coaching are well thought out and encourage deep reflection. After the coaching, I feel much clearer and more empowered.”

client 4

"Working with Elif helped me start noticing the internal obstacles related to the goals, discovering the internal motivation, doing stimulating exercises. Imagination and mental visualization techniques contributed a lot."

client 3

"Being neurodivergent is a full body experience which, in my experience, is often not considered in other forms of mental work and Elif integrates the body and its sensations as part of the work we do in the sessions."

client 4

"I feel being understood. The communication is so reflective and non-superficial. What really stands out to me is the use of imaginative exercises, as they help me to access a less conscious part of myself and to connect with myself on a deeper level."

client 1

"Elif is, first and foremost, an excellent listener. When she listens to you, you feel genuinely cared for—one of the greatest benefits a person can experience from a coach. Beyond her extensive knowledge in the field, Elif draws from a variety of experiences she has gained with other clients, offering you a wide range of alternatives and helping you see how to integrate them into your life. Her expertise inspires trust, making it easier to open up and share whatever is on your mind. I left the session feeling deeply satisfied and equipped with plenty of options to explore. The more meaningful options you have, the more confident you feel as you continue your personal journey. Elif is a patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly kind coach with a gentle, supportive approach. Thank you, Elif, for the fresh perspectives and solutions you provided!"

client 2

"Elif summarises my struggles and my thoughts in such an assuring way... And with the way she frames and reframes things, I feel empowered. The sessions as extremely helpful in terms of to oneself and one's feelings, which can be hard for me. Especially, as I was taught to access feelings through a more rational approach, which I think a lot of neurodivergent people were."
