what you'll find here
welcome to the
heart of my work
This is where my values, beliefs and approach come together and shape everything I do.
why "beyond labels"?
Do labels matter? Yes—and no.
Labels can be powerful tools. They help you make sense of your experiences, offer a lens to better understand yourself and others, and can even be empowering. A label can shift how you view your struggles, reframing them with compassion and grace. Labels can also connect you to a supportive community, guide you to helpful resources, and provide clarity when you need it most.
But labels can also be limiting. Over-identifying with a label might lead you to explain every decision or experience through its lens. While it’s great to find meaning and structure, losing yourself in an endless search for understanding can sometimes detract from simply living—taking care of yourself, pursuing your desires, and embracing joy.
Labels can also become harmful in the hands of ignorance or ill-intent. In a world shaped by ableist systems, the majority of people remain unaware of neurodivergence and the realities of living with disabilities. Yet, these experiences are universal—every one of us is a candidate for disability at some point in life.
I call my coaching “Beyond Labels” because I believe in the value of labels and in your full existence beyond them. Your identity is not confined to a single word or definition; it’s a multifaceted, evolving experience. If a label resonates with you—even partially—that’s enough. It’s yours to explore. You don’t need validation from others unless you’re seeking medical confirmation for specific reasons.
“Beyond Labels” also extends beyond neurodivergence. It reflects a space where every aspect of your identity is welcome—your gender, race, sexuality, and any other label important to you. These facets of who you are and what matters to you will always be honored in my practice.
Going beyond labels doesn’t mean dismissing them—it means moving through them, understanding their role in your life, and stepping into a broader sense of self. That’s where I meet you: wherever you are in your journey.
what is neurodivergence, anyway?
Neurodivergence describes the natural variations in how brains function, process information, and perceive the world. It encompasses conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more—but it isn’t limited to formal diagnoses. Neurodivergence can emerge in many ways: as part of how you’ve always been wired or through life experiences such as accidents, depression, or burnout, which can change your brain’s wiring over time.
If you feel your brain works differently from those around you—whether it’s how you think, feel, or navigate challenges—you are in the right place. Neurodivergence isn’t just about struggles; it’s also about unique strengths and perspectives. Recognizing and embracing these differences is a key step toward understanding yourself and living more fully.
Neurodivergence is just one facet of identity. You don’t need to fit into a specific category or have all the answers to belong here. What matters is your experience and your willingness to explore it.
my core beliefs
I believe in a world where every person is valued for their unique qualities and embraced for their differences.
I reject the hustle, burnout, and conformity of traditional work culture. Instead, I prioritize self-connection, authenticity, and joy over self-sacrifice. I believe in doing business with compassion and collaboration, creating a space where growth feels sustainable and meaningful.
My commitment to intersectional feminism recognizes that all forms of oppression are interconnected. Equality is incomplete if anyone is left behind.
I stand with the LGBTQIA+ communities and trans rights are human rights. Everyone deserves respect, protection, and belonging.
I am committed to anti-racism—challenging biases and working to dismantle systems of inequality.
These beliefs along with my core values guide everything I do, shaping how I approach my work and the world around me.
my mission
My mission is to create a space where late-diagnosed neurodivergent people are seen—not for their labels, but for the essence of who they are. A space where the complexities of being neurodivergent are not something to hide, but something to embrace, explore, and celebrate.
I’m here to guide you through the unfolding journey of reclaiming your true self—free from the weight of hustle culture, the noise of societal expectations, and the grip of self-doubt. Together, we’ll reconnect with the parts of you that have always been there, even when they felt out of place. We’ll find ways for you to honor your unique strengths, desires, and values, so you can build a career and a life that reflect your deepest truths.
Through coaching that is both compassionate and collaborative, I aim to walk alongside you as you navigate the challenges of being a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person in a world that often doesn’t make room for you. Whether it’s navigating identity, facing personal growth, or reshaping your relationship with work and self, my focus is on helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to honoring your journey. Together, we’ll create a world where your authenticity is not only welcomed—it is celebrated.
my method
Clarity through Curiosity.
Curiosity is the spark that allows us to peel back the layers of confusion, self-doubt, and overwhelm. For neurodivergent individuals, this means approaching your unique way of being with openness, asking questions that lead to deeper understanding—without the need for judgment or conformity. It’s about gaining clarity on who you are, how you function, and where you’re meant to thrive.
Compassion for Self-Discovery.
The heart of this work is compassion. When we meet ourselves with empathy and patience, we can begin to recognize the strengths in our neurodivergence, unlearning the negative narratives that have been imposed. We explore your identity, not as something to fix or change, but as something to honor and nurture—embracing both your brilliance and your challenges.
Confidence through Acceptance.
Acceptance is the foundation of real change. By learning to accept your neurodivergence, your past, and your unique way of being, you begin to unlock a sense of peace. It’s a journey of unmasking, shedding the expectations of others, and embracing all parts of yourself, including the areas that feel difficult or vulnerable. Through this acceptance, you develop the confidence to move forward—free from the weight of self-doubt.
Empowerment through Action.
Once you have clarity, compassion, and acceptance, the next step is embodiment. This is where we move from understanding to action. Here, you align your life and career with your true self—creating systems, habits, and goals that reflect what truly matters to you. We build practical strategies that empower you to show up fully, both personally and professionally, with confidence and authenticity.
Growth through Play.
Play is the pathway to growth. It invites exploration, risk, and experimentation in a way that frees us from the rigidity of perfectionism and expectations. Through play, we allow ourselves to fail and succeed in equal measure, learning to navigate uncertainty with joy and curiosity. In this space, you get to experiment with new ways of being, unburdened by fear, and find the most authentic version of yourself. Play is not only about fun—it’s a vital tool for transformation and discovering your true potential.
In my work, this approach is not just a method—it’s a way of living. A way of embracing who you are, challenging what’s been imposed on you, and reclaiming your space in the world as your authentic self.
What my clients say
The sessions with Elif provide a very consensual, judgement free space in which I feel safe to share more vulnerable parts of me. There is also an understanding of neurodivergencies and the unique struggles they come with, without pathologizing the experience.

I feel being understood. The communication is so reflective and non-superficial. What really stands out to me is the use of imaginative exercises, as they help me to access a less conscious part of myself and to connect with myself on a deeper level.

Being neurodivergent is a full body experience which, in my experience, is often not considered in other forms of mental work and Elif integrates the body and its sensations as part of the work we do in the sessions.

Working with Elif helped me start noticing the internal obstacles related to the goals, discovering the internal motivation, doing stimulating exercises. Imagination and mental visualization techniques contributed a lot.
