Why group coaching — and why connection?

If you live with both ADHD and autism (AuDHD), connection can be… complicated.

You may crave deep understanding, but social energy drains you. You may want to belong, but feel misunderstood even in familiar circles.

Many of my clients describe it as a constant toggle between wanting to reach out and needing to retreat.
And over time, that push-and-pull leaves its mark — loneliness, burnout, masking, and a quiet grief for not feeling met.

That’s why I’m introducing Group Coaching for Connection — a space to explore this specific tension together, gently, and with guidance.

What makes group coaching different

Group coaching isn’t group therapy. It’s not about diagnosing or fixing anyone.
It’s a facilitated space where every participant brings their lived experience, listens, reflects, and learns through shared themes.

Each group has:

  • A clear theme (so conversations stay cohesive and relevant)

  • 6–8 participants max, to preserve intimacy and safety

  • Structured flow, with moments for reflection, sharing, and optional tools or prompts

  • A trained, trauma-informed coach (that’s me) who holds space, ensures everyone is heard, and helps tie together what emerges

It’s where your nervous system can experience connection without overwhelm — where silence is allowed, tangents are welcome, and authenticity isn’t just permitted, it’s protected.

Why a “pre-gathering” matters

Before joining, I host a short pre-gathering — a 1-hour, low-cost conversation (10€) to meet, ask questions, and sense whether the group feels right for you.
It’s not a test. It’s about fit.
We make sure the expectations, capacities, and themes align — so the group itself feels coherent and safe once it starts.

You can also use that 10€ as a discount toward the actual program if you decide to join.

Upcoming group: Connection for AuDHD Adults

This group is for you if you’ve ever said things like:

  • “I can connect deeply… but rarely.”

  • “I often feel misunderstood, even by other neurodivergent people.”

  • “I want to be part of something, but it feels like too much.”

  • “I’m good at masking connection, not feeling it.”

We’ll explore themes like:

  • The cost of constant self-adjustment

  • Authenticity fatigue

  • Building trust after chronic misunderstanding

  • Loneliness, and the fear of being “too much” or “not enough”

  • How to show up in relationships without self-abandoning

The aim isn’t to “fix connection,” but to understand your connection style — and experience, even briefly, what safe, reciprocal connection feels like.

Who group coaching is for

Group coaching may be right for you if:

  • You prefer learning with others instead of being in the spotlight

  • You want to dip your toes into coaching without a long 1:1 commitment

  • You’ve done deeper coaching or therapy before and now want community

  • You find belonging hard to sustain, and want to explore that pattern with peers

My role as a coach

My background combines Level 2 ICF coaching training, a MA in Cultural Studies (researching sense of self in trauma narratives), and a foundation in translation and social sciences.

But beyond credentials, my role in group coaching is simple: to hold the space with clarity, neutrality, and warmth.

To make sure each voice is heard — and to bring the conversation back, gently, when it drifts too far. Because everyone deserves the floor. Everyone deserves to feel seen.

🌿 The Power of Connection and Community 🌿

Connection is more than comfort — it’s a form of repair. For AuDHD adults, meaningful relationships can feel like a puzzle, and belonging can seem out of reach. In a thoughtfully held group, you experience what’s often missing in workplaces, friendships, or daily life: being seen as you are, without explanation or performance. Community becomes a mirror, a sounding board, and a container for growth. Shared experiences remind you that your struggles, your quirks, and your brilliance aren’t isolated — they are part of a collective rhythm, a space where you can exhale, reflect, and practice showing up authentically.
