Services Provided: The services provided by the coach to the client consist of professional coaching as collaboratively designed with the client. Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counseling. It may focus on personal projects, business achievements, or broader conditions in the client’s life, career, or business endeavors.

At the end of the agreed coaching period, our coaching relationship will conclude unless we decide to enter into a new agreement.

Fees and Payment: The cost of individual coaching services is outlined on the relevant page of the coach’s website. Payment can be made upfront or in installments via a payment plan tailored on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the client.

Coaching Sessions: All sessions included in a coaching package or program must be utilized within six months unless an alternative timeline is agreed upon in advance. Sessions are typically sixty minutes in duration unless otherwise is stated.

Availability and Scheduling: The coach’s standard operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 (CEST), unless otherwise specified. Availability outside of these hours is limited unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Coaching session times are reserved specifically for the client, with preparation done in advance by the coach. To honor this commitment, the client is expected to respect and adhere to scheduled appointments.

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without incurring any cancellation fees. If the client arrives late to a session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. If the client expects to be more than ten minutes late, they are encouraged to notify the coach as early as possible.

Confidentiality: All communications between the coach and the client, whether in person, by phone, via email, or through other platforms, are strictly confidential. Records are maintained and disposed of in compliance with applicable privacy laws in the coach’s country of residence.

Between-Session Support: The coach offers support between sessions via email and/or voice messaging platforms (Voxer). This support is included in the coaching service and can facilitate significant progress outside of formal sessions.

Coaching Approach: Coaching can be a challenging yet rewarding process. It may evoke feelings of frustration, stress, or other emotions as part of the client’s growth journey. The client agrees not to hold the coach liable for any mental, physical, or emotional stress arising from the coaching process.

By entering into this agreement, the client indemnifies the coach against any claims related to such stress or distress.

Disclaimer: By engaging in this coaching relationship, the client understands that the coach is providing professional coaching services to support the achievement of agreed-upon goals. Coaching is distinct from counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of psychological conditions.

Conclusion: This agreement reflects a mutual commitment to the coaching relationship, with shared expectations and understanding between the coach and the client. Both parties acknowledge their roles and responsibilities to create a productive and supportive coaching experience. By booking a call the clients agrees to this coaching agreement.
