it is wonderful that you are here

Coaching is a big step toward understanding yourself — and toward living in alignment with your unique brain, body, and story.

Whether you identify with AuDHD (ADHD and/or Autism), are still exploring your neurodivergence, or simply feel “different” and out of sync with how others move through life, you’re not alone.

This page will walk you through:

  • how my coaching process works

  • what coaching can and can’t do

  • my 1:1 offerings, and

  • common questions from late-diagnosed and neurodivergent adults

For any other question, let’s connect.

What makes this work different is the way we balance clarity with autonomy:
  • We move at your natural pace. Sessions are intentionally low-pressure, with room for pausing, processing, and following what feels alive for you.
  • You’re not left alone in the gaps. Between sessions, I offer thoughtful written check-ins, reflections, and prompts — especially helpful if you process slowly, need time to write things out, or struggle to keep momentum without being pushed.
  • Your communication style is honored. Whether you express yourself more easily in writing, need silence to think, or prefer structured questions, we work with it — not against it.
  • We protect your autonomy. Always. This is not about “fixing.” It’s about helping you hear your own signals again, understand your patterns, and make decisions that feel aligned and sustainable.
  • We work with your brain, not against it. Sensory load, emotional intensity, PDA patterns, burnout, masking — all of these shape how we design your sessions and your support.

Is AuDHD Coaching Right for You?

Coaching with me might be for you if you:

🌱 feel misunderstood, overstimulated, or overwhelmed — unsure where to even start
🌱 have recently discovered your ADHD, autism, or AuDHD and are navigating a new sense of self
🌱 are an English-speaking expat or migrant in Europe seeking clarity, confidence, and belonging

🌱 want to find a sustainable rhythm — one that honours your energy, creativity, and sensitivity

Coaching may not be for you (right now) if you:

  • are seeking therapy or medical advice (coaching can complement, but not replace, those)

  • want quick fixes or prescriptive advice — coaching is collaborative, not formulaic

  • are not currently in a position to invest time, energy, and emotional space into your growth

(Online, in English or Turkish)

I offer coaching in English and Turkish online via Google Meet or in person in Leipzig. The options below are only to give you an idea about some popular sessions. We will design the format based on your specific circumstances and goals.

Questions you may have

I don’t know where to start. How do I begin with coaching?

It’s completely okay to feel unsure. The best first step is booking a free Connection Call — a relaxed conversation where we explore your goals, challenges, and what kind of support you need. In this call we make sure that this is a good fit and my approach can truly help you get there. Whether or not we work together at the end, you’ll leave the connection call with more clarity.

Is the Connection Call really free?

Yes! There’s no cost or obligation. It’s simply a way for us to connect and see if my approach feels right for you before committing to anything.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is a great fit if you’re ready to make changes, explore your patterns, and build strategies that truly fit your neurodivergent wiring. It’s especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or craving more alignment in work and life.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session is a collaborative space where we explore what’s currently happening for you, identify patterns, and create realistic steps forward. My approach blends curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based tools tailored for neurodivergent minds.

What support is available between sessions?

Depending on your package, you’ll have access to between-session check-ins, ongoing support via text over Voxer during office hours to keep you on track. I also offer providing a recording of each session and a google docs file where all resources and tools are shared.

Do you offer coaching for workplace-specific issues?

Yes. Many clients come to me for workplace or career-focused coaching — whether it’s navigating burnout, communication challenges, or building sustainable routines that work for your brain.

Which coaching program is right for me?

It depends on your current goals. The best way to decide is during the Connection Call — I’ll explain the structure of each program and help you find the one that fits your needs and availability.

Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis to start coaching?

Not at all. Many of my clients are self-identified or exploring whether they might be neurodivergent. What matters is that you resonate with the experiences we talk about and are open to exploring them together.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching focuses on the present and future — identifying patterns, building strategies, and creating change. Therapy often focuses more on healing past trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions. Coaching can complement therapy, but it doesn’t replace it.

What my clients say

"The sessions with Elif provide a very consensual, judgement free space in which I feel safe to share more vulnerable parts of me. There is also an understanding of neurodivergencies and the unique struggles they come with, without pathologizing the experience."

client 2

"Being coached by Elif was an incredibly enriching experience for me. Not only did she help me organize my daily life and business more clearly, but she also opened up new perspectives I hadn’t seen before. Elif is highly empathetic and knows exactly how to bring out the best in her clients through thoughtful questions and her unique approach. The tools she uses in her coaching are well thought out and encourage deep reflection. After the coaching, I feel much clearer and more empowered.”

client 4

"Working with Elif helped me start noticing the internal obstacles related to the goals, discovering the internal motivation, doing stimulating exercises. Imagination and mental visualization techniques contributed a lot."

client 3

"Being neurodivergent is a full body experience which, in my experience, is often not considered in other forms of mental work and Elif integrates the body and its sensations as part of the work we do in the sessions."

client 4

"I feel being understood. The communication is so reflective and non-superficial. What really stands out to me is the use of imaginative exercises, as they help me to access a less conscious part of myself and to connect with myself on a deeper level."

client 1

"Elif is, first and foremost, an excellent listener. When she listens to you, you feel genuinely cared for—one of the greatest benefits a person can experience from a coach. Beyond her extensive knowledge in the field, Elif draws from a variety of experiences she has gained with other clients, offering you a wide range of alternatives and helping you see how to integrate them into your life. Her expertise inspires trust, making it easier to open up and share whatever is on your mind. I left the session feeling deeply satisfied and equipped with plenty of options to explore. The more meaningful options you have, the more confident you feel as you continue your personal journey. Elif is a patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly kind coach with a gentle, supportive approach. Thank you, Elif, for the fresh perspectives and solutions you provided!"

client 2

"Elif summarises my struggles and my thoughts in such an assuring way... And with the way she frames and reframes things, I feel empowered. The sessions as extremely helpful in terms of to oneself and one's feelings, which can be hard for me. Especially, as I was taught to access feelings through a more rational approach, which I think a lot of neurodivergent people were."
