Coaching Philosophy for AuDHD Adults and Expats in Europe
welcome to the
heart of my work
This is where my values, beliefs and approach come together and shape everything I do.
why “beyond labels” defines my coaching philosophy?
Labels like ADHD, autism, or AuDHD can be both grounding and limiting.
They give language to your experience, connect you to community, and help you seek the right support. But they can also feel restrictive—especially when others start defining you by them.
In my practice, “Beyond Labels” means holding both truths: honoring what labels can clarify while remembering that they don’t tell your whole story. Whether you identify as neurodivergent, late-diagnosed, or self-discovered, your worth isn’t tied to a category. You’re more than a diagnosis — you’re a complex, evolving human being.
Going beyond labels doesn’t mean dismissing them—it means moving through them, understanding their role in your life, and stepping into a broader sense of self.
what is neurodivergence, anyway?
neurodivergence is the natural diversity of human minds—the many ways people think, feel, sense, and create. It includes ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other variations, but it’s not limited to diagnostic labels. It’s about how your brain processes the world—uniquely, vividly, and often nonlinearly.
As an ICF-trained coach who have both ADHD and autism, I view neurodivergence as a vital part of human diversity, not a flaw to fix.
Many of us who are differently wired also live differently placed—as expats, migrants, or cultural outsiders. This adds layers to the experience of divergence: navigating new languages and norms, managing sensory and emotional overload, and carrying invisible struggles that few around you can see.
For those with more than one form of divergence—like ADHD and autism, or multilingualism and trauma—the challenge deepens. The world can feel like it’s asking you to translate yourself twice: once across neurotypes, once across cultures.
My role is to help you find grounding within that complexity—to make sense of how these intersecting identities shape your energy, needs, and strengths. Together, we work with curiosity, self-compassion, and practical strategies to build a life that reflects the full spectrum of who you are—beyond diagnosis, beyond belonging, beyond borders.

my core beliefs
I believe in a world where every person is valued for their unique qualities and embraced for their differences.
I reject the hustle, burnout, and conformity of traditional work culture. Instead, I prioritize self-connection, authenticity, and joy over self-sacrifice. I believe in doing business with compassion and collaboration, creating a space where growth feels sustainable and meaningful.
My commitment to intersectional feminism recognizes that all forms of oppression are interconnected. Equality is incomplete if anyone is left behind.
I stand with the LGBTQIA+ communities and trans rights are human rights. Everyone deserves respect, protection, and belonging.
I am committed to anti-racism—challenging biases and working to dismantle systems of inequality.
These beliefs along with my core values guide everything I do, shaping how I approach my work and the world around me.
my mission as a migrant audhd coach in europe
My mission is to create a space where late-diagnosed neurodivergent people are seen—not for their labels, but for the essence of who they are. A space where the complexities of being neurodivergent are not something to hide, but something to embrace, explore, and celebrate.
I’m here to guide you through the unfolding journey of reclaiming your true self—free from the weight of hustle culture, the noise of societal expectations, and the grip of self-doubt. Together, we’ll reconnect with the parts of you that have always been there, even when they felt out of place. We’ll find ways for you to honor your unique strengths, desires, and values, so you can build a career and a life that reflect your deepest truths.
As an ICF-trained coach specializing in AuDHD (autism + ADHD) and neurodivergent experiences, I work with adults who often carry more than one layer of difference—migrants, expats, and international professionals living in Germany and across Europe. For many, neurodivergence and migration intersect in complex ways: adapting to new cultures, navigating language and sensory challenges, and managing the invisible weight of feeling “out of sync” both internally and externally.
This coaching space exists to help you navigate those intersections with clarity, compassion, and practical tools. Whether you’re processing a late diagnosis, rethinking your career path, or learning to live more authentically within systems that weren’t built for your brain, this work is about finding sustainable ways to thrive—on your terms.
My mission is not to fix what makes you different, but to help you understand, accept, and celebrate it. Through our collaboration, you’ll gain insight into your unique patterns of attention, emotion, and energy, so you can create a life aligned with your neurodivergent strengths—where being “too much” or “not enough” finally gives way to being fully yourself.
This is the heart of Beyond Labels Coaching: meeting you at the crossroads of neurodivergence, identity, and belonging, and supporting you to live with self-trust, purpose, and joy—wherever you are in Europe or in your journey.
my coaching framework
Clarity through Curiosity.
Curiosity is the spark that allows us to peel back the layers of confusion, self-doubt, and overwhelm. For neurodivergent individuals, this means approaching your unique way of being with openness, asking questions that lead to deeper understanding—without the need for judgment or conformity. It’s about gaining clarity on who you are, how you function, and where you’re meant to thrive.
Compassion for Self-Discovery.
The heart of this work is compassion. When we meet ourselves with empathy and patience, we can begin to recognize the strengths in our neurodivergence, unlearning the negative narratives that have been imposed. We explore your identity, not as something to fix or change, but as something to honor and nurture—embracing both your brilliance and your challenges.
Confidence through Acceptance.
Acceptance is the foundation of real change. By learning to accept your neurodivergence, your past, and your unique way of being, you begin to unlock a sense of peace. It’s a journey of unmasking, shedding the expectations of others, and embracing all parts of yourself, including the areas that feel difficult or vulnerable. Through this acceptance, you develop the confidence to move forward—free from the weight of self-doubt.
Empowerment through Action.
Once you have clarity, compassion, and acceptance, the next step is embodiment. This is where we move from understanding to action. Here, you align your life and career with your true self—creating systems, habits, and goals that reflect what truly matters to you. We build practical strategies that empower you to show up fully, both personally and professionally, with confidence and authenticity.
Growth through Play.
Play is the pathway to growth. It invites exploration, risk, and experimentation in a way that frees us from the rigidity of perfectionism and expectations. Through play, we allow ourselves to fail and succeed in equal measure, learning to navigate uncertainty with joy and curiosity. In this space, you get to experiment with new ways of being, unburdened by fear, and find the most authentic version of yourself. Play is not only about fun—it’s a vital tool for transformation and discovering your true potential.
In my work, this approach is not just a method—it’s a way of living. A way of embracing who you are, challenging what’s been imposed on you, and reclaiming your space in the world as your authentic self.
What my clients say
The sessions with Elif provide a very consensual, judgement free space in which I feel safe to share more vulnerable parts of me. There is also an understanding of neurodivergencies and the unique struggles they come with, without pathologizing the experience.

I feel being understood. The communication is so reflective and non-superficial. What really stands out to me is the use of imaginative exercises, as they help me to access a less conscious part of myself and to connect with myself on a deeper level.

Being neurodivergent is a full body experience which, in my experience, is often not considered in other forms of mental work and Elif integrates the body and its sensations as part of the work we do in the sessions.

Working with Elif helped me start noticing the internal obstacles related to the goals, discovering the internal motivation, doing stimulating exercises. Imagination and mental visualization techniques contributed a lot.
