Life can hit hard — deadlines, sensory overload, emotional exhaustion, and unexpected curveballs can leave you feeling like everything is too much. For some, this can spiral quickly into burnout, mental clutter, and total overwhelm.

This 60-minute session is a safe, grounding space to pause, catch your breath, and regain a sense of control. We’ll slow things down, focus on what your system needs most, and build a short-term plan to help you feel calm, centered, and capable again.

How does booking work?

If you are ready you ready to realign in life, here’s how to begin:

Step 0: If this is your first time working with me, let’s start with a quick introductory call. We’ll discuss your needs, see if we’re a good fit, and I’ll help you determine the best path forward. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll be happy to refer you to someone who is.

Step 1: Follow the “Book Your Session” link, it will take you to a calendar. (If you have different preferences due to work schedule or time difference, you can send me an email in advance and I can offer new slots for you.)

Step 2: After finding a date and time that works best for you, confirm your booking by entering your name, email, and completing the payment.

Step 3: Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Google Meets link and a pre-session questionnaire.

Step 4: We’ll meet for your session, and we’ll realign together on your own terms.
